JANUARY 2010 INFORMATION:
Rep Team Sign-up, Try-outs, and Registration Fees
We will be fitting all players trying out for Rep teams with pro-fit hats and under-shirts at registration. To accommodate the fitting, it is important that the players are brought to the registration or parents must be prepared to provide sizes for your child (i.e. hat size in inches).
SJP tryouts for the Mosquito, Peewee, Bantam, and Midget Rep teams will tentatively be held Monday evenings; April 05, 12, and 19 at the Kinsmen Fieldhouse. You will be notified of your specific tryout time at registration.
Players making the SJP Rep teams will incur a rep team fee of $ 200.00, which covers the cost of the Rep team merchandise, and the additional Baseball Alberta player and team fees. These Rep team fees will be due when assigned to a Rep team.

Coaches Needed
Coaches for all levels are needed for 2010.
Volunteers Needed
The strength of any organization is achieved only by a strong membership base.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
SJPMBA’s AGM is being held on March 22, 2010 at the Crestwood Community Hall (14325 – 96 Avenue), at 7:30 pm. Please get to know your organization better by attending this year’s AGM.

We are in desperate need to fill various executive positions to be able to spread out the responsibilities, currently there are too few doing too much. The experience of serving on the SJPMBA executive is a definite worthy, enjoyable and very rewarding way to spend a few hours each month.
Association Sponsorship Program
If you have a business and would be interested in sponsoring SJPMBA, while at the same time treating your child’s Baseball Registration Fee as a tax deduction, please talk to one of our executive at registration.
(Note: if interested in this Sponsorship Program, you may want to bring a company cheque to registration).
Additional Information
For additional information with regards to SJPMBA, the executive members, or other general matters, please contact Dan Rude at email: drude@shaw.ca or ph # 481-0689
